3. The casing and wall panels are processed by high-precision digital coordinate boring machines, with high precision and stable quality.

4. The intake and exhaust ports adopt a spiral structure and are equipped with mufflers to ensure smooth pulsation, low vibration, and low noise in the intake and exhaust.

5. Lubrication adopts splash lubrication from the main and auxiliary oil tanks, which not only makes lubrication more reliable, but also eliminates many disadvantages of grease lubrication, effectively improving the service life of bearings.

6. The sealing structure is reasonable, and oil and gas cannot enter the casing. Therefore, the output air is clean and free of grease.

7. The bearings and V-belts are made of imported parts. The bearings are made in Japan, and the V-belt is made in the United States.

8. The fan gear adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing treatment, grinding processing, with a precision of five levels, more wear-resistant tooth surface, and can significantly reduce gear noise.

9. The standard motor for Roots blower is produced by Shandong Huali Motor Group Co., Ltd., with stable and reliable quality.
